Luna Rosa: The Catalyst Behind a Rising Musical Journey

Rafaella Sáenz, an Ecuadorian artist, is emerging as a powerful force whose ancestral wisdom, lifelong dedication, and deep experience in the performing, visual, and plastic arts shape a truly unique musical identity. Her sound blends the groovy essence of 80s and 90s classical rock with the sweetness of indie music and the restorative elements of sound healing—creating an experience rooted in the harmony of mind, body, and soul.

In a pivotal moment that bridged both academic and artistic milestones, “Luna Rosa” emerged as a defining catalyst in Rafaella Sáenz’s musical journey. As she approached the final stage of her Associate’s degree in Information Systems Engineering, an unexpected opportunity arrived—one that would expand her path beyond the classroom and onto one of Ecuador’s most prominent stages.

Sáenz recalls being contacted by Six Studios Ecuador to participate in the first edition of Pizza Fest, the country’s largest culinary festival. The invitation resonated deeply with her passion for both cuisine and art. Sharing the lineup with internationally recognized artists such as Bacilos and Lalo Ebratt, the moment marked a significant breakthrough in her career.

“It felt like everything aligned at once,” she reflects. “Luna Rosa was already opening doors, but this moment confirmed that my music had a place in something much bigger.

The momentum continues to build. Alongside previously released singles like “Me and You,” “Luna Rosa,” and “Llegaste,” Rafaella is now preparing to introduce “Pueblo Bueno,” a new single leading into her debut EP. This upcoming project represents a deeper evolution of her sound and message—one she will debut live for the first time on Sunday, May 31, at Parque Bicentenario in Quito, Ecuador.

Behind the scenes, N.F.U Entertainment has played a consistent and impactful role in supporting Rafaella’s growth, helping expand her reach, strengthen her platform, and position her for continued success on a global scale. Their ongoing involvement highlights a commitment to developing her artistry and elevating her presence within the music industry.

Rafaella is intentional about distinguishing her performances from conventional pop concerts. Her shows are designed with a purpose that transcends entertainment.

“It’s not just about watching or listening,” she explains. “It’s about feeling, healing, and being present.”

Her artistic vision seamlessly blends indie music, visual expression, classical rock influences, fashion aesthetics, and the exploration of human duality through movement and embodiment.

This multidimensional approach is rooted in years of dedication. Having trained and worked in music since the age of four, Rafaella is now entering a phase where she can fully share the depth of her craft with a live audience. Her upcoming performance will be infused with the powerful energy of “Pueblo Bueno,” a song that speaks to freedom, resilience, and the strength found in rediscovering purpose after hardship.

The show will weave together elements of sound healing, dance, and acoustic intimacy—creating what Rafaella describes as a “sweetly powerful” atmosphere. Audiences can expect original compositions performed live, accompanied by guitar and supported by a group of distinguished artists.

As Rafaella Sáenz prepares to take the stage, her journey reflects more than artistic growth—it embodies transformation. Through “Luna Rosa” and beyond, she is not only building a musical career but also crafting an immersive experience—one that invites listeners to connect, release, and rediscover themselves through sound.
